How it all started…
Most of our lives (probably since the 2000s), we were making handmade cards for friends and family, as we were never able to find a modern Indian card at our locals because they were probably:
Western with a white dress, black suit and a wedding cake (not quite the right fit for that Indian wedding we were going to)
Or generic with some flowers and a “congratulations”.
Fast forward to now…
At Paper Pyaar, we design and create cards paired with a heartful handwritten message from yourself -
Our cards are ones that your loved ones will want to keep and treasure.
Growing up, we had many comments of how our loved ones kept our cards for years to come. We would visit their homes and see our cards on their mantlepieces or fridges.
So we’re here for you…

We love sharing messages and welcomes through the art of lettering on our boutique signs.
Having a handlettered sign is just a unique experience to your typical printed card sign. Behind each of our signs is a labour of love, whether it is through our handpicking of each flower to pressing them to drawing each letter by hand. Most of the flowers we use have actually been grown and nurtured in our own gardens.
